Veil Reviews

Absorbs IR light used by police laser speed guns and IR photo enforcement cameras, making it difficult for them to obtain speed readings and photograph license plates.

Reduces reflectivity of headlights, license plates, and other reflective surfaces, thereby reducing the ability of police to measure speed and capture license plate images.

Blocks IR digital cameras from taking pictures of your license plate, enhancing privacy from photo enforcement and license plate readers.

Protects headlights from long-term UV damage and oxidation, preventing yellowing or clouding of headlights.

Easy to apply using a brush, with a typical application lasting up to 8 to 12 months and being water-soluble and non-flammable.

Forms a hard, weather-resistant film that can withstand car washes and various weather conditions.

Enough material for three to four applications, making it a cost-effective solution for vehicle protection.

Proven effective in real-world settings, including areas with high laser traffic enforcement.

Reduces Targeting Distance: Veil G6 reduces the targeting distance of police laser guns, giving drivers additional time to react and slow down.

Enhances Privacy: The coating makes it harder for automated license plate readers (ALPR) to identify vehicle plates, enhancing privacy.

Protects Headlights: It protects headlights from long-term UV damage and oxidation, keeping them looking new.

Easy Application: The coating is easy to apply using provided foam brushes and dries to a weather-resistant film.

Cost-Effective: It is affordable, with enough material to treat three to four vehicles at a cost of around $25-30 per vehicle.

Limited Effectiveness: The coating does not make vehicles completely invisible to laser guns; it merely reduces the reflectivity, which may not always be enough to avoid detection.

Removal Issues: The coating can be affected by car washes and salt, requiring additional drying time in cold weather.

Limited Duration: The coating's effectiveness may vary depending on climate and needs to be reapplied every four to six months.

Not a Jammer: It is not an active or passive ECM (electronic countermeasure) and will not alert the officer to its use, but it also does not provide immunity from traffic enforcement.
